A student-run project that teaches how AI works, starting from zero.
Four free levels take a complete beginner from what AI is to training a real model. A league to compete in, and chapters that bring it to schools. Everything runs in a browser tab.

How we teach
No code to begin
Level 1 uses no code at all. Python only appears in Level 4, after you have already trained a model by hand.
Examples first
Every idea arrives as something you can try before it gets a name. Readings are short, and there are no videos.
Honest about AI
When a model is arithmetic on numbers it learned from examples, we say so. Where nobody knows why something works, we say that too.
Three parts, one program
Do the levels on your own, enter the league, or bring both to your school. Each has its own page.
The four levels
Readings, exercises, and quizzes, taken in order. Free, and open without an account.

Four rounds from January to April. Play for your chapter or on your own.
How the season worksChapters
Run a coding club at your school on our curriculum, and lead a Code.guide chapter.

No paid tier
No level stops partway and asks for money. The season is free to enter.
No selling of student data
We store what a learner finished and what they scored, so they can pick up where they left off. That is all it is for.
No fast computer needed
No graphics card, no download. If the machine opens a browser tab, it can do all four levels.
No experience needed to join a chapter
Members start from zero. The one person who leads a chapter can code and knows the curriculum, and everyone else learns as they go.
Read Level 1. Decide for yourself.
About 5 hours, no code, and every lesson opens without an account. Exercises require sign-in.
